Surprising results

Just my luck... I treated several areas of my lawn with this product and then we get a cold snap with temps at night down into the 20's. I wasn't holding out much hope, but 2 weeks later, I'm starting to see green shoots coming up. I've tried planting Bermuda and Fescue seeds with virtually no results. This product is the first one that I've had success with even with the cold snap. I would definitely recommend this product.

The worst thing ever!!!!

We live in Collierville,Tn. Planted in early April. Planted part the yard with Pennington Rye and the other with this stuff. The straw is a waste of money and time. Pennington grass i saw results in 7 days. By week 3 i needed to pull out the lawn mower. The straw just left the yard with dirt spots with straw on top. For the 3 bundles i bought of the straw i could have bought a 50 lb bag of Pennington Rye. Don't waste your time!!!
