Don’t order if you have a timeline.

I would love to speak on the look and performance of the product however I have yet to receive it and the automated help line can’t find my order. I give it two stars because my local TS has tried to help and been very courteous. I hope the product is great…if I ever get it. For context: I ordered on 12/4, website said it would ship in 2 days. I then received an email that it would be available for pickup between 12/13-12/15. It is now 12/23 and I have yet to receive a pickup date. TS tells me the carrier has yet to contact them. Meanwhile my project remains stuck. The shipping and customer helpline has been poor at best.
