Instructions are terrible

Pellets are huge and instructions indicate setting 5 for a Scotts spreader. I had to set the spreader to at least 10 or higher to drop pellets. Now, I'm not sure if I applied the right amount or if my lawn will burn to a crist and over acidify the lawn. I'll never buy again. Plus, Its expensive!

Where can I get a refund? It doesn't work this item. On the past I used nitrogen on my grass and it's makes it green, I v decided using ironite but now my grass is burned and some stain spot are yellow.
