Q: I bought this atv for my 7 year old son..2 weeks ago Today .he tried riding it, it will not move even tho battery lights say it is fully charged..we tried different keys and different silvers keys .nothing Please help

Confirm that both brake levers are operating freely and not stuck in the engaged position. Verify that the brake lever sensor connection is making contact when the brake levers are released. Battery sucks. Customer service sucks more.

Battery only lasts 20 min on lowest settings. Contacted company. Ignored. Contacted again. Said they would send new battery. Received a new SEAT. Contacted again and said they would send correct item. Nothing. Contacted twice more and just get an excuse of them not being in stock. First email was sent the day after Christmas and it’s now MARCH. What a joke. 0/5 stars for customer service. 2/5 for the actual ATV.
