Power issues right out of box

The battery keeps dying. Bought new battery and died right away. This quad is drying power from somewhere consistently so every time we wanna ride, we have to charge for an hour before we can’t even do that. Company said they sent new parts. Could be one of three different issues.it’s brand new. There should not be any issues but here we are

Loved this purchase. It was really easy to set up and only took about 10 minutes. We've had it for a few months now with no issues at all. It feels sturdy, runs great, and has been a lot of fun. Definitely happy with it and would recommend it.

Exceeded My Expectations

We've purchased from Supermach before, so when it came time to get another ATV, I didn't hesitate. What keeps bringing me back is how well they hold up over time. We use ours regularly, and it's taken a lot of wear and tear without any major issues.
The quality is honestly what stands out most to me. It feels solid, sturdy, and built to last, not something that's going to fall apart after a season of use. It's been reliable from day one, and that's hard to find at this price point.
I'm really happy with this purchase and feel like I got exactly what I was expecting based on my past experience. It's always nice when a product lives up to expectations, and this one definitely did.
