Easy to install and remove, the DR Power Equipment Lawn Deck Boot Adapter for Leaf Vacuums with 8 in. Hoses attaches to your lawn tractor's discharge chute, converting it to just the right size for the hose of your Leaf and Lawn Vacuum. The deck adapter fits lawn tractor decks where the discharge opening is less than 6 in high and 19 in wide and does not extend past the mower's spindle housing. Q: Will the Lawn Deck Boot Adapter for Leaf Vac part number 351553 work on my Cub Cadet XT-1. Model 13WPA1CT009. The discharge pipe is rigid plastic with an 8” inside diameter. The flap lifts up and the pin is parallel to the tractor.

Use a template first.

The package was missing the pin required to attach the unit to the mower. I improvised using the pin from the old bagger. The installation video on YouTube helps but I suggest starting with a cardboard template. Once assembled, it worked great.

the plastic is a bit brittle and will crack fairly easily when forced against something. Should maybe be a bit softer
