Beautiful Boots, tighter on top of foot

Love these boots. Super sharp. Good price around Black Friday. I usually start size 8.5, but sometimes a 9 based on style. Went with a 9. Have two full fingers extra in toe, but would be afraid to downsize due to how tight they feel on top. Haven't worn a ton to see if it stretches. I do wish I could have been able to find anywhere nearby to try on this brand and Similar style. No such luck. So I'm keeping them.
