I purchased a Diana P5 pistol for my grandson. It arrived OK I decided it was way too heavy and big for him. I contacted tractor supply and was sent a return label. I sent it back the very next day three weeks later you’re telling me you cannot give me a refund only store credit. Then when I go to look for something to replace it, can’t find anything And if I could, it won’t allow me to use the credit. Then I see online at a gentleman came into one of your stores physically bought something with cash and went to return it and was told he could only get a store credit. If that is your policy, you need to print it on your website that you do not ever give refunds. I am not happy and I’m sitting here without any money or any product.

This inexpensive pellet gun is a good buy. Plastic sights. Reasonable power. Great price.
