Barra Airguns .177 Caliber Sportsman 900 Multi-Pump Pneumatic Air Rifle

I will first give the only negative detail with this gun. After opening and inspecting the front barrel site that also holds the rifled inner barrel was not attached fully. I fixed this myself with the tiny screw that holds it in place. For a new gun this should have been caught by quality control at the manufacturer. Now for the positive. Sites provided are easy to adjust to spot on accuracy so I prefer to not even use the included scope. The front site optics are bright enough for low light levels but not complete darkness. For my use of rodent control the first night I eliminated the target one shot one kill. I used .177 pointed pellets for my particular need but the gun can also shoot BB's and is capable of holding 50 in the gun for fast reload. For small rodent control I highly recommend this gun as a quick humane way to cause instant death. It will easily kill rats, mice and other small animals with one shot or more if your aim is bad. This gun is likely the best air rifle I ever owned. With 10 pumps it will penetrate cans like butter and has big power for little cost compared to others on the market. It's more solid feeling than similar guns in this range. A solid build but please inspect it before use and make sure all parts are tight and secured. Overall five stars because for the price there is no better option.

Easy to use, no jams, and a great price. I was specifically looking for something to use against squirrels in the yard, which it has done admirably.

Just bought this gun. Wanted to use it to do pest control and to teach my grandkids rifle safety and shooting. The fit and finish is outstanding. The power of the gun is surprising. It punches through targets with ease. and through multiple layers of cardboard as a back stop. On a low of 5 pumps it blew through a cardboard box I was using as a back stop. Have not completed the sighting in of the scope, but that is going well and I anticipate being able to handle the pest control on our acre of property without any issues. Highly recommend it!

I bought this air rifle for my 10 year old son and he LOVES it! Very accurate right out of the box. I like that it has a little weight to it so it feels more real and not cheap. He has been shooting it everyday. He also said he likes how it is easier to pump than his old Crosman 760. It has very good power(one pump goes through a pop can)! Definitely recommend it!
