I gave my adult pittie Diamond food and he did well on it. He had an issue with chicken based foods so it was always one of the salmon or other flavors. New puppy readily accepted this food but I do mix in a few cans of wet puppy food to make it more accepted. After a few days he'll eat it with just the dry food. As always change their food gradually if you can, blending old with new for a time so it doesn't bother their tummy.
