The DEWALT DXSTAH025 Adjustable Creeper Shop Stool with Casters was designed and engineered to provide a heavy-duty stool fit for both professional and home use. This shop stool's legs and supports are built using the same powder-coated, industrial grade steel uprights and crossbeams as our 4-ft. storage rack. The comfortable foam-padded seat sits atop a 360-degree swiveling pneumatic piston allowing free and easy rotation when seated and with 4.25-in. of height adjustment can be set at any height from its lowest of 22.5-in. to a maximum of 26.75-in. so you can set it to what best suits you. The textured vinyl seat cover resists rips and tears. A bracket-secured industrial wire grid lower shelf provides an ideal place to store necessary tools and supplies. Featuring an all steel frame construction, this creeper shop stool can easily hold up to 300 lb. without showing any signs of weakening or metal fatigue. The bolt-secured frame comes pre-assembled with the 360-degree swivel casters installed leaving only the seat and pneumatic adjustment cylinder to be attached before the stool is ready for use. If desired, the casters can be removed. Wheels not as heavy duty as the rest of the chair

I bought this roughly a year ago and never used it much until the last few weeks and while the chair and frame seem to be heavy duty as advertised the wheels are not and have failed after one good week of use.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Great while the cylinder lasts, which isn't long

I purchased two of these stools 2 years ago. The build quality is excellent, assembly was very easy, and they support upwards of 300 lbs. I am giving this one star due to the fact that the pneumatic cylinder on my dads has failed. It went down, and no is unable to go back up. He is 84 years old and the higher seat height is needed due to his age. Now it just sits in the lowest position. I am extremely disappointed in this product, and paid a premium price for a premium product. I know it comes with a 2 year warranty, and I am past that, but the cylinder shouldn't fail in under a dozen or so uses. I also have the problem that others have with one wheel splitting the rubber cover off exposing a harder plastic wheel. I am not worried about that as wheels can be found and replaced with ease. The pneumatic cylinder is another problem and doesn't seem to be offered anywhere despite numerous reviews of others having the same issue.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Good but not perfect

This is the fifth one I’ve purchased for my shops. The third one has now given me the same issue—the part/bolt that connects the wheel to the base bent and eventually broke off. All of my coworkers loved this stool at first, but over time they all ended up disliking it because it keeps having the same problem.
No, I do not recommend this product.
