Defective seat

I picked this up at the store, but I purchased it on line. When I put it together I saw the lever on the seat was defective so I called the number on the paper work that came with it insted of taking it back to the store. I gave made 2 calls to them and they said both times it would be taken care of. I can't use the seat I have to be able to raise and lower it to use it. I still have not had any help with it .

Great chair

Love the chair. Swivels and decently balanced even though there isn’t a very wide spread on the legs. I would’ve have preferred it to be slightly shorter but for the money, it’s perfect.

Horrible quality for the price. Claims up to 300lbs but the backrest snapped when an 80lbs kid leaned back. I had to sand down the edges of the fitting just to make this work. Poor stability. Even the slightest lean this stool topples over. Do not waste your money. You’re paying for the logo on this chair that’s about it. Don’t disappoint yourself like I did. Lesson learned. Buy name brand! Not store brand!
