Almost no air

I bought this about a month ago and was surprised at how little a volume of air that comes out. Very poor quality for the price I paid. I keep looking at the intake area to see if something is blocking it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this heat gun for about a year now and it does everything I expected it to. It works great for small jobs such as shrinking heat shrink tube, thawing a frozen lock, softening adhesives in small areas, etc. Basically anywhere you are doing a quick project that you don't want to drag out a cord and a big heat gun for 2 minutes worth of work. That being said it isn't going to replace a big corded gun for bigger jobs but I wouldn't expect it to. It's a convenient tool when used within the limitations it was designed for.

Just not hot enough

I'm not sure what applications this heat gun is intended for but for me I use heat guns for bending 1/2' grey pvc conduit and heat shrink insulators on wiring and this gun couldn't heat up the conduit enough to bend or even fully shrink the insulators. May be great for less heat intensive jobs, but I was disappointed.

No, I do not recommend this product.

stick with corded

I bought this today, got the new batteries charged and it won't even shrink heat shrink tubing. I had to get out my 15 year old corded unit. so much for new tech.

No, I do not recommend this product.
