Ordered online to pick up in store, only one left in stock. I placed my order, picked up the pole saw and noticed the box top was all torn up and retapped. I took it out to my car and carefully cut the tape. All of the components were just tossed in the box, nothing in a plastic wrapper, cardboard support pieces just thrown in there. Found that the saw had some tree/ leave material in the blade. Immediately took back in store and returned.

Great little saw! Tackles smaller limbs with ease. Only drawbacks are they should have included Two (2) batteries in the complete kit. And my local store does not stock replacement chains or blade for this particular model.
