The tall sliding fences support crown molding up to 6-5/8 in. nested and base molding up to 6-1/2 in. vertically against the fence. Each miter saw has a stainless-steel plate with 14 positive stops for long-lasting durability over many uses.

Received DWS716 as a gift. Couldn't be happier ! WAY lighter than my Craftsman. Great smooth cuts and easy adjustments. Very satisfied.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON IT

right out the box ITS IS junk the blade gaurd was coming off the and a rubber bumper on the garde FELL OFF the cheap aluminum rivet was defective. AND the kick back is really bad the second you pull the start triger the saw jumps up and spring

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually have the DWS709 which is basically the same thing. Great saw but would definitely recommend buying a fine finish blade for clean cuts
