Purchased two plants on 5/23 and both were very dry. Neither of the plants ever had anything resembling green growing from it. Their website says wait 4-6 weeks before filing a claim for the guarantee. Once you file the claim, it’s wait 6-8 weeks to be reviewed. I’ve previously purchased the blackberry and it’s doing fine. These never came back from hibernation.

Didn't last a season. Dead. Not alive any longer. Do not buy.

I bought some around March 23. I did not save the stuff for the guarentee because I've just never had such problems with plants and there's only so much I can do and some days you just need to throw things away. Well they looked quite dry and dead when I unpacked them but I put them in the ground and have been watering every day to every other day. They are on a hill and drain well. So yesterday I went out to see that my neighbor had accidentally "helped" and mowed down two of them despite them having small mulch piles around them. And I'd be upset except they still look like nothing. And there's no green showing on the stem where they mowed them. I also purchased five of the silver dollar ones around April 7 and still see nothing. But I did save everything for that purchase. Every other plant is waking up ... How long am I supposed to water dead looking twigs? What is going on here?

I did the scratch test. Moment of silence for all the berrybux at my local tsc. Definitely don’t get it curbside. Go in check if they’re alive. The workers were great. But the plant was so bad
