DAP Alex Plus Acrylic Latex Caulk Plus Silicone is an excellent quality, painters caulk for sealing a wide variety of interior and exterior surfaces. White caulk contains silicone additives for greater flexibility and adhesion and less shrink for a durable, waterproof seal. Perfect for use on trim, baseboards, windows, door frames, molding, vents and more. Alex Plus is paintable in 30 minutes with latex or oil-based paints, saving time. It won't shine through or discolor the paint for superior paint finish results. It is easy to apply and tool, low in odor and cleans up easily with water. Exceeds ASTM C834. Interior/exterior use. DAP caulk and sealants provide durable performance for a variety of projects.

Does the job well, dried quick and odor was not to

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Adhesion was great. Odor was typical. Durable in comparison to other brands. I found a quick turn around for drying time. As far as versatility I was only doing a small project so couldn’t really accurately answer to a larger project at this time… good product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an all around good caulk. It didn’t have a strong odor. The drying time is on par with most caulks. It was very easy to use. I trust this brand. And knew it would be a great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This worked in a couple different places around our house. We used it to reseal around a windows and around our toilet. It dried pretty quickly and seems like it will be pretty durable. The smell wasn’t super strong but you could smell it a little bit.
