I'm amazed at the number of bad reviews from people who, judging by the photos, have installed the plug incorrectly. If you follow simple directions, it's nearly perfect. Also, the deck is not sealed to the ground and there will always be some dust. You're cutting a lawn. This kit works very well when used properly. No lines and as far as power, I've added 2 photos... thick leaves and a single pass. Nothing wrong with this mulch kit.

Very disappointed been 2 weeks trying to get this item.

Cub Cadet is not worth the purchase. We own three cub cadets: riding mower 50", Zero turn 54" and push mower but no more. This year alone, we were only able to utilize the Zero Turn twice due to being in the shop being repaired or waiting on a part to fix it. Its only TWO yrs. old. We read the other c/o online and they are identical to what we have been experiencing. The young gentleman who handles our purchase of the blades through TSC Solutions was a perfect example of a serving employee. He handles the order online with accuracy, professionalism and courtesy. Not so with the employees at TSC in Shelbyville, KY. I had to call the TSC in Beaver Dam, KY to finally know that there was a TSC SOLUTIONS who handles the online orders when the TSC store is either out of product or don't have a clue what it is The female manager as I stated in my last rating for the other blades which were ordered along with the above blades, referred us to Jacobi and Penrod lumber to purchase two different items they didn't want to handle. This woman was not only rude, incompetent and lied about calling us back about the order which she never made needs to be in another profession, possibly something she knows how to handle when it comes to so called major problems such as this but never was. Please so not send anymore ratings.
