Shop elsewhere, definitely at another TS. Not RH

Ordered the blades to be shipped from one store to my store in Rock Hill which is common because my RH store never seems to have anything. Fed ex said they were delivered on time to the store so I had them a few days before I went to give them time to process them and call me. About 5 days after fed ex said they were delivered I was near TS anyway so I stopped by. The lady working said they were delivered but now they can’t find them. Ok, no harm no foul it happens. I asked for a refund and I was instructed in order to get a refund I would have to call customer service. After being on hold for 30’minutes just to talk to CS I was then made to wait an additional 30-45 minutes while CS contacted the store to see if they could locate them. Mind you, by this point I told CS I didn’t want the blades just give me a refund. Finally after about an hour to an hour and a half my refund was issued. Of course “7-10 days” before I would even see you he refund. At this point I didn’t have faith that they would get this right. I got my refund and I feel like someone else got my blades. Ha Ha Ha

A Great Hybrid Order Process

I ordered and paid online. It was straightforward and smooth. There were no issues at all. I selected the "pick up in store" option, but figured I'd be there for awhile because the store I typically visit is busy and it can be a while before having the attention of an employee who can help, even if you're standing at an information or customer service desk. That was not the case at all! As soon as I walked in the door, a friendly face was willing to help, she knew exactly where the merchandise I'd purchased should be, handed the mower blades to me and I COULD have been on my way. That I traction was so smooth though, that my wife and I ended up shopping the store for a WHILE that day! Thank you TSC!
As for the blades I bought, they are good quality, fit perfectly and were easy to install. They DO cut grass! I'm satisfied.
