- A: No, Belt 954-04240 and 754-04044A are not the same length. FYI... On our belt part numbers, the first number can be a 7 or a 9. Same belt just Mfg. code vs. retail code. $82 for a lawn mower belt! How does TSC stay in business with these prices? I found replacements on Am*zon for 1/3 the price.
BTW, installation was a huge pain, due to convoluted belt routing and deck design. I will never buy another Cub Cadet.
No, I do not recommend this product.
