- A: These are not breathable and used to keep water off what is being covered. Due to the nature of the product, if an item being covered is already wet when the cover is applied, then yes it will hold moisture in.7 years agoHelpful?

Absolute GARBAGE!!

Utter garbage. Used to cover one stack of rounds from October to beginning of May. Tightly secured, never moved. Just unwrapped the hay and all the bales are SOAKING WET AND MOLDY. Complete waste of thousands in hay never mind the garbage tarp.
