I bought this recently and cannot tell you how it holds up in Arizona heat, sun, and wind yet. Previous hay tarps were only lasting 3 months. This tarp is more expensive. It is heavier duty than even those marked as HD. The white side appears to reflect the sun better and provides a good stiffness. I will try to remember to write another review in 6 months.

Poor quality materials.

Very poor quality. I covered a boat with the tarp and after only a few weeks the silver colored side began to flake off. Some of the grommets are not set very well, one popped off when I put in on the boat.
