Q: what is the bore size? .06? Thanks

Q: Are these nozzles the same as Chapin nozzles and/or NorthStar nozzles?
a year ago1 Answer
- A: The simple answer is probably. The “3.0” designation from our spray tips refers to a rate range and narrows down to how many gallons per acre the tip will spray at a certain speed and pump pressure. If Chapin and NorthStar are using flood tips on their sprayers….and if they are Gray in color…..then they should be a similar tip. The Gray color on a flood tip designates the “3.0” rate range and is part of a universal color rating system for spray tips. There are spray tip charts online that tell what color goes with what rate. If Chapin and NorthStar are using a different color tip, I would refer the customer to the charts online to decide if they are the correct tip. As far as will they interchange, there are a few types of nozzle bodies that the spray tips fit into. Some have caps (where the spray tips connect) that will twist on and others have caps that will thread onto the nozzle body. Both styles can work with the tips mentioned above and I’m not sure if Chapin and NorthStar using Twist on (quick caps) or threaded caps.a year agoHelpful?
Q: For sku 211036499 spec says 0.03 gpm @40 psi. Is this a misprint? My sprayer went empty on 45 gal in a fraction of time. I calculated it at 0.25? Ideally I need 0.13 gpm, is there one that will do this?

I always appreciate the breadth of product offerings. I am customizing a spray wand for my 15 gal. Sprayer I mounted on the back of my lawn tractor. It would be really nice if a diagram showing distance between Nozzles and spray pattern were available in the description.
Yes, I recommend this product.
