Commonly known as Monkey Grass or Lilytuft, this dense evergreen grows as a clumping, grass-like perennial with lavender flower spikes emerging in summer. Excellent problem-solvers for the landscape, these garden plants make a great groundcover for difficult garden areas. Its low-growing foliage is beautiful in-between pavers, in borders, or as a 'spiller' in mixed containers. These remarkably tough, low-maintenance plants are easy to grow and heat and drought tolerant once established.
