The knitted HDPE fabric of this Coolaroo 90% UV Block Shade Fabric allows for warm air to escape, reducing temperatures underneath by 18-30 percent. Nice fabric but takes a lot of accessories to be useful

I found this a bit difficult to install without a structure to drape it over. I thought I would be able to use it as a sun shade over my grill but struggled to find the appropriate hardware and support to do so.

The coolaro sun protection shade is great, the only thing I didnt like was there was no dedicated hole to hang it if you want to use it with hooks. It is great if you have a stable structure. I've put it over the chicken coop and the chickens stay shaded and cool, you can barely feel the sun. It stayed strong and was very durable in the wind and it came package nicely in a lean box. A must have in the summer!

Sun protection material

I received this product for free in exchange for my honest feedback. I think the material is very durable and will last for a long time. I haven’t had a chance to try it yet, but I’m thinking it could be a great material to give some shade to my outside plans and protect them from Texas heat.
