I've run 2 of these between the wheel wells behind my full crossbox in an open bed for 11 years. They have maintained their shape and things stay dry. I drilled out vertical slots in the base rim for securing to the truck with chains & padlocks. Someone tried to steal them, but no joy! These are the strongest molded boxes I've seen.

do not kneel on lid

I am a #170 male, I use this box for camp gear, this is a new box, I kneeled on this box and I went right thru the lid! I am going to reinforce it with plywood, maybe then it will live up to its name?!....

Great truck box that doesn’t break the bank!

I needed some storage in the bed of my truck but didn’t want one that would mount on the bed rails.
It needed to be large, waterproof and cost effective.
This one fits all my needs.
Of course it’s not the most theft deterrent, it’s plastic after all.
But it gets the job done!!!
