Great quality box for a great cost

I chose this aluminum toolbox for its durability, corrosion resistance, and size. It's made from a heavier gage of aluminum than I was expecting and it feels solid and strong. The hinge mechanism seems well made and it should last a long time. It has two release handles and the lid can be opened by pulling on either one. Very convenient. It also has handles at each side to aid in lifting if you don't permanently mount the box. The lid has a lip all around that lips over the side of the box and there is continuous foam weather stripping to help keep the inside dry. It has a key lock for security and comes with two keys. This is spacious enough to hold the break-away battery, three bags of ratcheting straps, 4 chain binders, 40' of chain, and a small toolbox. And there's still room left over. I bolted it down to the trailer frame and also to the landing gear post of the trailer. It is a well-made box and I am greatly pleased with my purchase.
