The jackets looked very nice, but they are wrapped up waiting for Christmas day to be opened by our nephew and his wife. I'm hoping they will love them, but if the size is incorrect, I'm really hoping returns will be as easy as the ordering process. Merry Christmas 🌟

I bought this recently to replace one I had for 20 years. It still looks nice and seems to have the same weight of fleece but I was disappointed to find that my size medium is much smaller than it used to be. The arm length is about the same but it's a couple of inches smaller across the shoulders and at least 3 inches smaller across the back at arm pit level. The arms have less room too. I guess using less fabric cuts costs. Good for profit margins but bad for customer satisfaction. It seems like everything I buy isn't what it used to be. The replacement George Forman Grill I just bought is a piece of junk. Am I detecting a trend here?

Their zipper breaks within a year EVERY TIME and they don’t fix it
