for long torso + big belly

I'm 6'-5", 200#, relatively fit with lots of height in my legs, and my arms are long. I ordered a Large Tall.
The sleeves fit great (are actually long enough), but the torso is crazy long going well past my waist and pretty much covers my entire butt if I pull it all the way down. Chest/shoulder area fits well, but while the bottom, when zipped, is snug (on my 34 waist), the belly area is absolutely massive...
A medium size might fix the belly and torso length parts, but then I'd worry the sleeves wouldn't be as long or the shoulders/chest would be too tight.

I love the hoody although the large is a little too big on me. I have other Large sized Carhartts that fit better. I will likely order a medium in the future
