No customer service.

Broke down after 2 days, Coleman customer keep giving me the runaround on repairs. After a month I just fixed it myself. Coleman has not honored warranty yet and have quit responding to my emails. I have no issues with TSC at all but very disappointed in Coleman power sports.

Decent but need to check everything before running

You better know how to turn a wrench. There was several issues, first one being it was flooding right off the bat, pulled the carb to find a wing nut inside between the throttle and choke plates. Second was the seatbelt bolts were loose. Next was a bad connection to the kill switch letting it randomly shut down. Other random loose hardware. And took quite a bit of running before the centrifugal clutch would lock up completely. If you're not stupid mechanically it's a pretty decent rig. But for being new I shouldn't had to do anything.
No, I do not recommend this product.

should have spent more money on a different one

It bogs down and shuts off after about an hour of riding, I tried adjusting the throttle screw. But we’ll see over the next few days if I can get it dialed in.
