⭐ 1 Star – Complete Waste of Time & Unsafe Product

I ordered a Char-Griller for pickup at the Tractor Supply in Burnet, TX and drove 40 minutes ONE WAY to get it. When I arrived, the grill was already broken — the front door latch was damaged, meaning the door would not close properly and the grill was not safe to operate. There is absolutely no way this happened “just now,” like the employees tried to claim. This should have been caught BEFORE it was ever placed out for pickup. What made it worse is that instead of immediately taking responsibility, I was basically told they could “jimmy fix it” so it would close. Are you kidding me? I’m not paying for a brand-new grill that needs to be rigged together just to function safely. This is a major failure in basic quality control, customer service, and common sense. I wasted over an hour of driving time and left with nothing because Tractor Supply couldn’t be bothered to inspect the product they were handing off to a customer. Extremely disappointed. I will not be trusting this location again. ALSO as soon as i was credited it was right back up online for sell!!! DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!
