Filter worked well . Spark plug fired right up

My model is actually #100373 Maintenance Kit for 11kw-14kw Whole House Generator {WHG}, but it is not available on this website for review. Would not let me click on it, so I will put my review for it here, hoping it will help someone. The Maintenance Kit for my 14kw WHG contained: 2-Torch Brand Spark Plugs, 1-Champion Oil Filter & 1-Oval shaped Champion Air Filter. I ordered 3 Maintenance Kits just to be sure to have extras on-hand. All items in the kit are very high quality. Then, after the 1st year @ even less than the suggested 100 hours interval, my husband went to do the first oil change & maintenance. It was then that we noticed that the oil filter & air filter in all 3 kits were the wrong sizes. We called Champion during non-work hours & a lady answered & was very helpful & assured me that a Tech Support Rep would call me @ the start of the next business day....and he did call within minutes of opening for business & knew exactly what I was describing. Champion's Tech Support is based in America & they speak & understand English, so no mistakes with my parts. Even after I unknowingly had the wrong parts for over 1 year, they sent me 3 of the correct, new oil & air filters for free & they arrived very quickly! No problem whatsoever! CHAMPION IS THE BEST! Their Products, Tech Support & Warranty are the BEST compared to any competitor. You can't go wrong with CHAMPION!

I had to wait over a week for this kit to come in. The quality looks good, but the filter was too large for my Champion Generator model # 100263. I found one off the shelf at Home Depot.
