The step is great. Very tall for short people and not too heavy for most at about 25 lbs. However, the steps are slippery. I'm going to add a non-slick material to the steps

This was a very good purchase. It is so helpful to have 3 steps to mount your horse. This is well made, heavy enough to be stable but light enough to move easily. Highly recommend this. Obviously it could be used for other things as well if you need steps.
