Does what it’s supposed to

The only thing I would change is a latch to keep the cat door open. The door sways back and forth. I started with a zip tie then my husband cut it off. Other than that, works great.

This is a pretty good gate for the price. It comes with little plastic cups, so to speak, that the rubber grippers mount into on the wall so the gate does not shift around. I like the fact that it has a small pet door built into the main door. It is made of metal and is pretty sturdy but if you have a large dog that thrashes against it a lot, I think eventually it could destroy it so you need to make sure you're dog is disciplined.

Nice door, bad description

The gate is nice and easy to install, operate. When you get to the max size of 39" it does seem a little flimsy so I added some blocking before installation. The sizing of 24" x24" means absolutely nothing even though it has been pointed out by many people, customer service keeps answering instead of fixing the description....how inefficient !
