Built for long wear with chap-style leg panels, the Carhartt Men's Duck Double Front Work Dungaree Pants also feature double knees with clean-out bottoms that accommodate knee pads. Made of 12 oz. 100% cotton ringspun washed duck, these men's dungaree pants sit slightly above the waist and feature a full seat and thigh. The dungaree pants also come with a double-front with cleanout openings that accommodate knee pads along with multiple tool and utility pockets and a left-leg hammer loop. They also include stronger sewn-on-seam belt loops, heavy-hauling reinforced back pockets and a straight leg opening that fits over boots.

I would recommend the carhartt double front work dungareee to any one in the work world that is subject to the harsh, not so harsh, dirty, hot and even abrasive enviroments. The carhartt brand jeans hold up the best for the $ invested. I have recieved 4-5 years of quality use out of this style, where other brands maybe 2 years.

If your legs are almost as big around as your waist, or if you like really sloppy, baggy pants that fit in the waist and length but nowhere else, these are the pants for you.

Zipper issues

My zipper keeps going down. I like the lose for but when I'm working outside I'm always checking to make sure my zipper didn't fall down. It keeps falling down, even when I'm mowing the lawn.. what is up with that?

Have worn these since early 1970's on heavy construction jobs. The canvas duck is slow to break in (good thing), but these dungarees outlast anything out there. Am retired now on a small farm, and still prefer these when working or relaxing.

Doesn't work for its purpose

Came in a different size than in the store despite numbers being the same. Also couldn't bend my knee which is my main concern.
These pants were made for brakemen and It doesn't work for brakemen anymore

For some reason, these jeans back pockets ripped come apart. This is a second pair. I never got reimbursed for my first pair they exchanged a pair and the same thing is happening again. This is about within six months time and I don't even wear them every day. I wear them once a month.
