These were supposed to be a a relaxed straight fit but they are not. I really wish Carhartt would still produce the dark blue relaxed straight fit jeans.

Good quality. Nice cut and style and they do have a little stretch to them. The material isn't super thick so we will see how long it lasts with my husband who is really hard on his jeans due to his job. We've only had them a couple of weeks and so far so good. Not sure if they are worth the money yet. We really won't know until we get several months in to see if the pockets or crotch rips easily. I mean for the amount you pay and for the title that they are rugged I'm not sure how rugged they are but they are well made but you just don't know how well they will stand up to a lot of washes and a lot of bending until you've had them for a long time.

Relaxed straight aren't so relaxed any more. I own multiple pairs of Carhartt pants and jeans and these specific ones are the least fitting. 44-30 are my go too and usually they're roomy. These jeans fell very short in the fit department. Almost cannot wear not in love.

32 32 is more of a 29/32 so I exchanged for 34/32, front perfect, back way too much room. So I washed them hoping for a shrink but still no good
