A FastDry technology lining in the steel toe boots wicks away sweat for comfort. The Carhartt PU with foam cushion insoles in the Rugged Flex steel toe boots provide comfortable support and reduces foot fatigue. EVA midsoles with a PU strobel pad provide extra layers of cushioned comfort. The Carhartt rubber Rugged Flex outsoles on the steel toe boots are cement-constructed for flexibility and traction. If you can't quit, your boots can't either.

Disappointed.

I don't know what happened other than a name change. I got a six-year-old pair and a four-year-old pair that are in better shape than the pair about 8 months ago. Flex is what they're called now. And they're definitely not as durable as the ones before. 8 months old and the sole is already separating from the boot
