The drawstring is so thin compared to the material of the sweatpant that it's super hard to get it to fasten tight enough that I can wear them without them falling down

They are very well made and I like them. I only have one issue and it's not with the sweats themselves. It seems that every company has their version of what is a double X. Nike 's 3X is smaller than your 2X. Maybe a waist size chart would be most helpful.
