Camco's TastePURE RV Sediment Pre-Filter provides the first stage of protection against dirt, silt, sand and debris from your RV's fresh water supply. It helps extend the life of your inline RV water filter by blocking particulates that can clog the filter. This pre-filter removes particles greater than 20-microns and fits Camco brand and other brand standard inline water filters. The pre-filter's compact, space-saving design allows easy storage when not in useideal for RVs. This long-lasting, single use pre-filter is intended to last the duration of your inline RV water filter.

Q: Can I use this alone as a pre-filter to my washing machine for both hot and cold water lines?
2 years ago- A: Per the vendor: The TastePure Sediment Pre-Filter is meant to be combined with the TastePure Water Filter #103184799. The Pre-Filter filters out sediment to enable the water filter to last longer. Its not recommeneded to be used as a pre filter for washing machines.2 years agoHelpful?

Q: how many gallons of water can it filter before changing filter. Is filter replacable or is the unit completely disposable? Is it good for using to fill small above ground 1000 gallon pool?
3 years ago- A: Hi there, Per the vendor: The TastePure Sediment Pre-Filter is meant to be combined with the TastePure Water Filter #103184799. The Pre-Filter filters out sediment to enable the water filter to last longer. One thousand gallons should be no problem unless you are using poor-quality well water with a high degree of sediment, small rocks, and sand. The Pre-Filter can be replaced if needed. When the water flow slows sufficiently, it is time to replace the filter. The quality of water being filtered determines the life of the filter.3 years agoHelpful?
