    ZERO flowers

So far this bagged mix has provided several weeds (stink weed is now overrun my garden), cilantro, carrot, lettuce and mustard greens. What an absolute disappointment.

No, I do not recommend this product.

So far, not so good, but time will tell

I am thrilled to be able to garden again, with some help, after several years of health issues preventing me from bending, etc. So when we planted these seeds, it was a highlight of my spring! Admittedly, there was a challenge not having too many seeds fall onto the soil, I figured I'd do some thinning as plants sprouted. Here's the problem: Over the weeks, I'd say that probably 90% of what has come up is actually GRASS. Since this is my first time with such a product, it's taken me a little while to figure out that what looks like grass, IS grass! And then, to do a bit of research and discover the best thing is to trim it very low, so as not to disturb roots of what I want to grow. Can you say grueling? I don't mind pain-staking work, however I do have very bad arthritis, and a very challenging back. I've been trimming the grass in my 8'x8' garden for about 2.5 hours, maybe gotten through 1/3? After all's said and done, the actual flowers I'll have left will be tall and straggly (for competing w/the grass) but hopefully will get stronger. Lastly, there's Purslane (portulaca) in the mix, which I can't find listed in any of Burpee's wildflower mixes. Very mysterious- what did I receive, anyway?

No, I do not recommend this product.

    Beautiful but annuals

They are beautiful but I didn't see the small writing on top stating they were annuals. I never imagined a wild flower mix would be annuals. Make sure you buy a bag that will reseed itself every year. Now I will have to start all over in the spring.

No, I do not recommend this product.
