After the wettest and coolest spring here in north Georgia, my first round of corn, did not have a very good germination. So, we didn't think we were going to get any corn this year. But it was still early in the season and I happened to see these seeds on a trip to tractor supply. I bought them on a whim. I went home and my husband and I planted this seed. I searched everywhere, trying to find some honest reviews for this variety, but to no avail. We have had storms and wind and deer all trying to come after this corn, but somehow most of it made it though, with half just growing sideways on the ground. Well, we just harvested this corn. We did have some earworm damage, which is to be expected, but even with the bug damage, this corn variety produced beautiful, delightfully sweet (probably the sweetest we have ever grown), juicy ears of corn. And now, I am afraid I will never be able to find this variety again, as I was not even able to find it at the Burpee's online store. And sadly it appears to be out of stock at all the big box stores. If I do have the chance to buy it again, I definitely will.
