The BulletProof Heavy Duty Auto Retractable Ratchet Strap is the ultimate choice for those times you need to secure something with a ratchet strap. Our auto retractable design makes them not only easier to use, but easier to store. The strap features a heavy-duty polyester webbing for strength, durability and allows water to slide right off . When the strap is in the "secure loading release" position, all 10 feet of the strap will automatically spool into the steel casing - this means no more loose straps or extra material to deal with! Our strap has only 15" of exterior strap which allows you to secure even small loads with precision.

Unable to get the correct item.

Ordered this twice. Both times the order form, and packing list had the correct item number according to Tractor Supply online store, but the wrong item was in the box. After the first order I contacted customer service and they said it was just a mistake and to reorder and I should get the correct item. I reordered and the same thing happened. I then asked for a refund and went bought it somewhere else.
