UPS KILLS LIVE PLANTS & DAMAGES MERCHANDISE AGAIN

The plants were shipped thru UPS(United parcel service). UPS Shipping continually destroys merchandise with neglect and poor judgement in hiring. UPS delivery is amateur at best... this order was LIVE PLANTS. Clearly marked on all sides of the package "FRAGILE, LIVE PLANTS, THIS SIDE UP(with arrows pointed up)".... this specific package of LIVE PLANTS was left to die upside-down by the incompetent delivery person. This always happens with UPS service. We have never experienced a problem with any other carrier. FEDEX delivers live plants consistently worth no damage. UPS just doesn't care. They destroy many packages and do everything they can to blame the shipper. Bad Business. DON'T USE UPS LOGISTICS.. PLEASE HELP THEM OUT OF BUSINESS. Our money was hard to earn to waste with them. Tractor Supply Company offers no guarantee on these live plants. The other companies honor a 365 day stay alive warranty for same plant brand(BAD BUSINESS). We like the brand, hate the shipper, and have lost respect for the company Tractorsupply. Buyer beware.
