This is the biggest pile of junk I've bought in a long time. Its just over a year old and the ignition only works when it feels like it. Practically burning me when it does light. And for food, great for steak, pretty much everything else will be so greasy that it ruins the taste of the meat or veggies for me, like eating at a greasy spoon restaurant. But that's not my complaint, because I live off steak, my complaint is that its junk in a very short time. I should be looking for parts in 10 years, or even 5 would be not so bad, but just over a year is unacceptable to me. Rant over..lol!

Intimidating but doable

There seems to be a lot of parts you have to put together to get it done. But the instructions are clear and shouldn't take but maybe 30 to 45 minutes and it's ready to get seasoned.
