Not what I expected.

I expected to receive a pristine, brand new item with no signs of wear. Instead, I discovered that what I had purchased was the floor model, showcasing numerous marks and scratches from countless demonstrations and customer interactions. The modest imperfections told a story of its use, leaving me disappointed rather than excited.
