Love to cook on my Blackstone griddle

Not to difficult to assemble. Once assembled I seasoned with Blackstone seasoning x 3. It seasoned the griddle top well. First cook I went with a hamburger and onions. It was delicious. Since I’ve made breakfast for lunch twice and we enjoy everything that has been cooked on the griddle top. I did watch several videos on how to properly maintain a griddle and so far the videos have helped. Cleaning immediately after cooking and reseasoning with oil, I use avocado oil, I highly recommend. I feel like a short order cook now. It’s fun to cook!
