The product was liquid as it specifies that its a gel. I reached out to Black Widow who related thatbif the product is exposed to excessive heat it will liquify. Black Widow replaced to tube at no additional cost.

Used this in NY 2024 hunting season. Hung off tree branch about 4’ off the ground. From mid October until it froze I had bucks investigating it just about daily. Scrapes and rubs around it all over the place. I am going to be using again in 2025
