Product Excellent - ordering and delivery bad

The wheelbarrow is great (challenging to assemble). Not available at my store. $149.00 to ship to the store!!!! $29.00 to ship to my home, ok i really want this item. Ordered on-line, immediately got notification that order is delayed!!! Finally got a delivery date, got a call the day before, must be home to receive, 2 to 6 pm. Got a call at 4:30, not going to make it today, ne reason, maybe tomorrow. Item showed up at 3:00 nest day, no call. Have requested my delivery charge refunded, no response.

Terribly quality

The bolts kept going loose which made it instead annd difficult to steer and the wheels did not even last a year. We used mostly to move mulch around the homestead. Attempted to get assistance from the company both thru phone and email and it’s been three weeks of no return call or message. Tractor supply rep told me, “Good luck getting help from the company” which means they know the company doesn’t help and won’t even back this product. Do not recommend.

I bought 2 of these ,big wheel , wheel barrow.
Got them home . Both had flat tires .
Both had untighted /loss bolts !
I had to go thru and check all nuts and bolts !
I am not impressed !!?

Cookeville Tn store gave me a used wheelbarrow. Tires were flat and there was already rust on the front of it. It was raining so I just told the guy to hurry and load it. Didn’t see the flaws until next day. Other than all that, it’s a great wheelbarrow
