This Better Built 69 in. Low Profile Brite Aluminum Truck Tool Box is the part that all truck drivers need to keep on task. The stainless steel pull handle latches allow you to lock or unlock the truck saddle box from either side of your truck. This saddle tool box has adjustable strikers that are guided to their latch to help ensure a secure closure, while the weather resistant seals help keep the elements out. The auto-lift shocks on the saddle box allow for easy, one-handed entry.Note: This product ships via over-the-road common carrier truck. Crossover toolbox

Ordered tool box online and had it delivered to the store. Box arrived and I was notified to come pick it up. As they brought it out, I ask if the fellow would check it for damage. He said it's ok and I said no we need to check it before it leaves the store because the box was tore up. When I opened it up. There were several dents in it and the lid would not open. It had got somewhat crushed in transport. The very nice manager offered to give me a refund and reorder another box. I did not want to have to reorder and wait another 3 weeks or longer. The manager offered to discount the damaged box of I still wanted it. I agreed on the discount and took the damaged box. Sincere thanks to the manager for handling the situation in a professional manner. I worked on the box and was able to get most of the dents out and managed to get it open and widened it back out in order for the lid to close and seal. It took some effort, but it will now open and close with no issues.

The toolbox arrived with badly damaged packing materials and a dented lid. The store manager said she would help me out on the price, but when I arrived to get it, she had disappeared. I needed it, so I accepted it as it was. I should have spent a little extra and seen what I was purchasing first. It was also out of square and I had to adjust it to get the lid to close -- probably due to whatever happened during the shipping/handling process.
