My daughter loves the jacket. BUT. I ordered this jacket online, and received a confirmation email. I noticed the size was wrong(xl should have been med), either my fault or error. I IMMEDIATELY tried to call customer service, and waited on hold for a couple of minute, and message came on that I could leave a phone umber for them to call me back, so I left my phone number. NO CALL BACK. I called the next morning, waited a couple of minutes, got the message again, left my number again. NO CALL BACK. Later that morning I received an email that the coat was on the way. When it arrived at my local TSC, sure enough it was the wrong size. So I returned it right there at the store. I check online, and found that another TSC 40 miles away had on in the right size. So I called them and they confirmed that they had it, and would hold it for me. When I got there, sure enough they had pulled it, and had it at the counter. Had I been able to get online customer service, I could have resolved this issue in minutes, and saved TSC money and time. Bad online customer service, Great local service,
